Cabin Assignment Planner

Choose your position and enter its password.

Add counselor

The counselor will appear in the waiting area.

Add cabin

The cabin name applies to every session. Unit and linked cabins apply to this session.

Select every cabin linked with this cabin. A cabin may have more than one link.

Cabin view

Choose which cabins to show and how to organize them. These choices only change your screen.

Namie AI

Talk normally. Namie reads the planner, fixes common misspellings, and works out what you mean.

In Follow my wording mode, “add” keeps what is there. “Set,” “change,” and “replace” overwrite it.
Normal wording, short messages, and common misspellings are okay.
Talk like you normally would: “Monday laundry at 7 AM add cabins 40 and 41”, “build the laundry schedule so every cabin goes once”, “add Group B to Tuesday Challenge Course”, or “change Wednesday crafts to icon frames.”
Nothing changes until you press Apply. Namie AI keeps one separate undo.

Add camper

Add CIT

Each counselor may have one CIT in this session.
Choose “Follow assigned counselor” or place the CIT in a different cabin.

Session priests

Morning Program setup

Name both periods. Keep activity names, activity locations, and Christian Education locations in separate lists.

Enter one activity per line.
Use the same line as the matching activity.
Every location added here appears on the master schedule.

Set up Morning Program group

The group uses this location on every Morning Program day.
The group teaches its lesson during this period. Its teachers stay available for activities during the other period.
When counselors are selected, every Morning Program counselor assigned below teaches this group.

Saving this group fills its Christian Education location on every Morning Program day. Challenge Course days stay blank.

Create evening program

Add an option to the Evening Program board.

Attach CITs to Morning Program group

Each CIT stays with one Morning Program group for both periods throughout the session.

Add Morning Program slot

Cabin counselors stay with their group. Assign Morning Program counselors for teaching. A session priest may teach a lesson.

Leave every box empty to use the counselors assigned to the group for the session.

Laundry times

Add the times shown down the left side of the laundry schedule.

Enter one time per line.

Assign laundry cabins

A cabin moved into this slot is removed from its old laundry slot, so every cabin stays scheduled once.

CIT meeting schedule

This meeting appears on the master schedule.
This meeting stays inside the CIT Program tab.

Master schedule check

Schedule photo

Add a photo to this open schedule space.

The best image size will appear here.

Add camp day

Set the day name, date, morning service, and program plans.

Choose each group going to the Challenge Course. High elements require every camper in the group to be age 13 or older. Any younger or missing age uses full-day low elements.
Assign the counselors who go to the Challenge Course for both Morning Program periods.
Choose cabins going on the overnight this night.
